Scaling Forever LLC operates Zulemi. This page explains the information used when you visit this site, join a waitlist, or place an order.

Information we collect

We create a random first-party visitor ID stored in the sf_vid cookie for up to one year. We use it to understand visits and checkout attribution. If you join a waitlist, we collect your email address. When you buy a product or service, we receive order and payment status details; service intake forms may also collect the information needed to complete your order.

Optional product accounts

Where sign-in is enabled, Apple or Google verifies your identity. Each product separately stores a random account ID, provider identifiers, email address when supplied (including Apple private relay), email verification status, creation and sign-in dates, and usage totals. We do not join accounts by email or share a central account between products. Sessions use secure cookies on the web or platform secure storage in the mobile app. Provider tokens needed for revocation are encrypted.

Account choices

Use Account & usage to export account data or permanently delete your account. Deletion removes product account data and revokes stored provider tokens. If a provider is unavailable, an encrypted revocation task is retained until it succeeds. Content-free signup, sign-in and deletion counts and aggregate service cost remain. Saved conversations stay on your device; deleting the account in the app also clears this device, but other devices must be cleared separately. Waitlist records are separate: contact support to remove them. Backup copies, if any, expire under the backup retention policy; deletions must be reapplied before a restore is served.

Product purchases

Where paid plans are enabled, a signed-in account is required. We store provider purchase references, plan periods and billing status to provide access, never card numbers or signed receipts. Deletion removes local purchase ownership and access immediately. Minimal Stripe cancellation references remain until cleanup succeeds; Apple subscriptions must be cancelled in Apple settings. Hashed replay/refund keys and content-free billing counts remain for replay safety. Providers retain their own tax and payment records.

Processors

Cloudflare may process site requests and security data. Stripe, Apple App Store, or optional Whop may process checkout, payment, and purchase information for their respective offers. Their own privacy terms also apply to information they collect.

Retention

Visitor IDs expire after one year. Waitlist emails are kept while the waitlist is active and removed on request. Order and service intake details are kept as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet accounting or legal obligations, then deleted or minimized.
