Payment and refunds
- Sold by Scaling Forever LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe (Link), which appears on checkout and on your receipt.
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Stripe (Link) may also refund within 60 days in certain cases.

Questions, answered
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open the invitation you send them in any web browser. There is no app to install and no password to remember.
Do you send messages to my guests?
Only emails that help: a confirmation when a guest replies, and the reminders you choose to send. We never send text messages.
Which languages can my guests use?
English, Tiếng Việt, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 한국어, 日本語, Español, Français, ไทย, and Português (Brasil). Standard includes three of them on your page, and Plus includes all ten. Some translations are still being reviewed by native speakers.
Can I change my design later?
Yes, whenever you like. Your words, guests and replies stay just as they are.
What happens after the wedding?
Your page stays online until 12 months after your last event, and then it is archived. You can download your guests, replies and site at any time.
