Terms of Service

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Scaling Forever LLC, which runs Zulemi. They cover the wedding page, the invitations and the plans you buy. By making an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. Our privacy page explains what we keep about you and your guests.

What Zulemi is

Zulemi lets a couple and the helpers they invite build a wedding page, send each household a private invitation and collect replies. Guests open their invitation link and do not need an account.

Zulemi is new, and we are still improving it. Features may change, and some parts, such as several of the translations, are still being reviewed.

Your account

Accounts are for people 18 and over who are planning a wedding or helping with one. Hosts sign in with a code we email them.

  • Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
  • The owner of a wedding decides who helps with it and can remove helpers at any time. Helpers can see and download the guest list.
  • You are responsible for what you and your helpers add to and send from the weddings you own.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid once, per wedding, in US dollars. There is no subscription. A paid plan has no expiry date.

  • Free draft: free. Build and preview your whole page, and add up to 20 guests while you plan.
  • Standard: $69 once, for one wedding.
  • Plus: $119 once, for one wedding.
  • Standard to Plus: $50 to move the same wedding from Standard to Plus.

Our pricing page lists what each plan includes. A plan belongs to the wedding it was bought for and does not move to another wedding. Every wedding you create starts as a Free draft, and upgrading one wedding does not change your others. Every plan, Free included, shows your guest page in all ten languages Zulemi offers.

Payments are processed by Stripe (Link), which appears on checkout and on your receipt. We never see your card number.

If a wedding planner referred you to Zulemi, they may earn a referral fee from us. It does not change your price.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Stripe (Link) may also refund within 60 days in certain cases.

To ask for a refund, write to support@zulemi.com from the email address you sign in with. When a payment is refunded, the features it unlocked end.

Your content

What you put into Zulemi stays yours: your words, guest names and details. You let us store, copy, translate and show it to run, secure and support Zulemi for you and your guests, including through the service providers listed on our privacy page. This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups, which are kept only for a limited time.

The couple decides which guest details to add to their wedding and is responsible for having permission to add them; Scaling Forever LLC runs the service that stores and shows them. Before you add a guest's details, make sure you have permission to share them with us, and tell your guests that you use Zulemi for the wedding.

You can download your guest list and replies at any time, on every plan; on the Free plan the guest list has the basic details. The full copy of your page opens the day after your last event.

What hosts may and may not do

Use Zulemi for a real celebration you are planning or helping with, and add or send only what you have the right to share. Do not:

  • add a guest's email address unless that person is invited and has agreed to, or would expect, emails from you about the wedding. When a household uses the stop link in an email, we stop wedding emails to it.
  • send anything that is not about your celebration, such as advertising, or send to people who are not your guests
  • add or write anything illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing or sexually explicit, or anything that uses someone else's work or name without permission
  • add more about your guests than the celebration needs, especially about children
  • show gift details that are not yours, or use the page to mislead guests. Gifts go straight from guests to you; we only show the details you enter.
  • try to get into weddings or data that are not yours, get around limits, or overload or break Zulemi

Guests

Each household's invitation link is private. Anyone who has the link can see that household's invitation and change its replies, so please do not share it.

When a guest writes something, such as a question in the wedding chat, the same rules apply as for hosts.

To see, correct or delete a household's details, guests can ask the couple or write to support@zulemi.com.

AI features

Standard and Plus include writing and design help, within fair use: writing help suggests words for your page, and design help suggests looks for it. On Plus weddings, the guest chat also answers guests' questions from what you have published. We may limit how often these features run.

  • AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Check suggested words before you use them; a suggested design changes nothing until you choose it.
  • The guest chat can make mistakes too. Make sure the times, places and details on your page are right; the chat answers from them.
  • Do not type anything into these features that you do not want sent to our AI provider. Our privacy page explains what is sent and what we keep.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Zulemi running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. It relies on services run by other companies, such as Cloudflare, Stripe and OpenAI. Keep your own copy of anything important; you can download your guest list and replies at any time.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something a paid plan includes, we will tell the owners of the weddings it affects before it happens.

Closing a wedding or an account

You can stop at any time. The owner can delete a wedding in its settings, and you can delete your account on the Account page after deleting the weddings you own. Deleting does not refund a payment by itself; the refund rules above apply.

We may pause or close a wedding or an account that breaks these terms, puts guests or other people at risk, or that the law requires us to stop. When we can, we will tell you first and give you time to download your data. If we close a paid wedding when you have not broken these terms, for example because we stop offering Zulemi, we refund what you paid for its plans.

Our responsibility

We provide Zulemi as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond what these terms say.

To the extent the law allows, Scaling Forever LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as a reply that was missed, an email that did not arrive, or the costs of your event. Our total responsibility for any claim about Zulemi is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the plans of the wedding the claim is about and US$100. Where the law requires it, these limits do not apply to losses caused by our fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

You are responsible for what you add to Zulemi and the messages you send through it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. If we make an important change to these terms or our privacy page, we email account holders at least 14 days before it applies. If you keep using Zulemi after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

Which law governs these terms, and where disputes are heard, will be added here. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; we will try to put it right.
